The real-time runtime for physical AI.

AI models plan in coarse steps, a few times a second. Machines answer to mass, inertia and contact, millisecond by millisecond. Haplous runs on the machine and reconciles the two.

WHERE WE ARE

We’re in simulation and hardware-in-the-loop testing. We prove the limits hold before we put Haplous in a working cell.

01

Smooth motion

In free air

Model outputs arrive in steps. Followed directly, they make the machine jerk, shake and wear its gears.

Haplous turns those steps into one continuous, smooth path, so the machine moves fluidly and fast.

02

Controlled approach

Before contact

The model looks again only every few frames. At speed, the tool can reach the part before it does.

Haplous bounds the speed as the surface gets close, so the tool touches down gently without adding cycle time.

03

Compliant contact

In contact

Real fixtures sit 1–3 mm off. Pushing straight down on them spikes the force and trips the safety stop.

Haplous caps the force, lets the wrist give where it should, and guides the part into place.

04

Working around

When something’s in the way

A conventional controller halts at an obstacle and waits for someone to reset it.

Haplous uses the machine’s spare freedom of movement to slide around the obstacle and finish the task.

Haplous isn’t an emergency brake or a retry script. It’s the layer that keeps the machine working, safely, through every part of the task.
